Whole Lamb

Purchase of a whole lamb package will provide 40 lbs of lamb, including the following cuts:

• Two leg roasts (bone-in)
• 4 packages loin chops (4 per package)
• Two racks (Frenched) 
• One shoulder roast
• One package butt (blade) chops (4 per package)
• One package shoulder chops (4 per package)
• Two packages shanks (2 per package)
• Balance in boneless stew, bone-in stew, and ground lamb (1 lb packages)

On-farm pickup available and free delivery within the Kingston/Gananoque area (postal codes K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P, and K7G). Flat rate delivery is available in surrounding communities (postal codes K7H, K0G, K7A, K6T, K6V, K0H, K7R, K8N, K8P, and K8R). We do not ship meat via Canada Post or commercial carriers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
