The shoulder has more connective tissue than the leg roast and approaches the marbling of premium beef. Slow-cook to tenderize this cut and maximize the fullness of flavour.

On-farm pickup available and free delivery within the Kingston/Gananoque area (postal codes K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P, and K7G). Flat rate delivery is available in surrounding communities (postal codes K7H, K0G, K7A, K6T, K6V, K0H, K7R, K8N, K8P, and K8R). We do not ship meat via Canada Post or commercial carriers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
