Compared to loin chops, the shoulder has more connective tissue. Cook over a lower and slower heat to tenderize this cut and maximize the fullness of flavour.
Packages are individually priced and contain 4 chops each.
On-farm pickup available and free delivery within the Kingston/Gananoque area (postal codes K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P, and K7G). Flat rate delivery is available in surrounding communities (postal codes K7H, K0G, K7A, K6T, K6V, K0H, K7R, K8N, K8P, and K8R). We do not ship meat via Canada Post or commercial carriers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
