Lamb Fat

Our lamb fat is the fat trimmings removed from other lamb cuts and has not yet been rendered, leaving you the option for your preferred use. Cooking with it will add richness and flavourful complexity to a variety of dishes, including roasts, stews, pan frying, or flaky pie crusts. 

On-farm pickup available and free delivery within the Kingston/Gananoque area (postal codes K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P, and K7G). Flat rate delivery is available in surrounding communities (postal codes K7H, K0G, K7A, K6T, K6V, K0H, K7R, K8N, K8P, and K8R). We do not ship meat via Canada Post or commercial carriers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
