Half Lamb

A half lamb package will provide 20 lbs of meat and the balance of the weight comprised of stewing meat and ground lamb:

• One leg roast (bone-in)
• Two packages loin chops (4 per package)
• One rack (Frenched) 
• One package shanks (2 per package)
• Choice of:

1. One package butt (blade) chops (4 per package) and one package shoulder chops (4 per package); or
2. One shoulder roast

• Balance in boneless stew, bone-in stew, and ground lamb (1 lb packages)

On-farm pickup available and free delivery within the Kingston/Gananoque area (postal codes K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N, K7P, and K7G). Flat rate delivery is available in surrounding communities (postal codes K7H, K0G, K7A, K6T, K6V, K0H, K7R, K8N, K8P, and K8R). We do not ship meat via Canada Post or commercial carriers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
