A half lamb package will provide 20 lbs of meat and the balance of the weight comprised of stewing meat and ground lamb:
- One leg roast (bone-in)
- Four sirloin (butt) chops
- One rack of lamb
- One shoulder roast
- Four shoulder chops
- Two shanks
- Four loin chops
- Balance in stewing meat and ground lamb
On-farm pickup available and free delivery available within 50 km of Gananoque. Delivery elsewhere within Ontario will be arranged directly with customers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
