Cross-section slices of the neck. Pan fry, braise, or use in stews in place of bone-in stewing meat.

On-farm pickup available and free delivery available within 50 km of Gananoque. Delivery elsewhere within Ontario will be arranged directly with customers. Please note that we cannot deliver outside Ontario, as our abattoir is provincially licensed.
