Maple Syrup

We create small-batch maple syrup every year from our small hardwood stand. Since sap-flow is entirely weather dependent, the amount of syrup we can produce annually is limited. Our syrup is carefully crafted over wood fire in the traditional method and triple filtered to give you an authentic Canadian spring delight.
